The Song of Mary

This ethereal setting of the Canticle of Mary is ideal for any Marian liturgy. The English translation from the Book of Common Prayer is scored for SA choir, and alternates melodies seamlessly between the voices in a call and response manner. In addition to the organ accompaniment, handbells, sounding all the pitches of the F major scale in as many octaves as desired, may be rung.
