Psalm 98

A common psalm for the Christmas season (also appropriate for morning prayer), there are multiple liturgical opportunities to use this energetic, joyful setting. Scored for SAB choir with keyboard and guitar accompaniment, there are three response settings included in the octavo and two sets of verses. The verses (cantor or unison choir) begin chanted but the final phrase is metered to prepare the turnaround to the response.
