Palm Sunday Procession

This processional piece can be easily learned by the assembly especially considering that Palm Sunday occurs only once a year. Set in a call-and-response format, it works equally well whether accompanied by organ or by a combination of instruments like piano, guitar, bass, or perhaps a solo instrument. The text of the refrain is based on the suggested antiphon for the first and second forms of The Commemoration of the Lord_x0019_ s Entrance into Jerusalem, appearing in the third edition of the Roman Missal. It has been arranged for SATB choir, keyboard and guitar by Fr. Ricky Manalo, CSP.
