O Burning Mountain

This contemplative, heartfelt prayer uses slowly unfolding, densely voiced harmonies to musically depict the expansive awesomeness of God. The homophonic texture allows the text to shine forth. Set for a cappella SATB choir (with extensive divisi in the altos), this would work well as a post-Communion reflection.
