Maria Durch Ein' Dornwald Ging/Mary Walks Amid the Thorn

Like many medieval carols, this traditional German hymn (set here in German and English) has an interpolation of liturgical text_x0014_ in this case, Greek (Kyrie eleison). The straightforward strophic setting in F minor is accessible to all levels of SATB choir and can be performed in either language, or both at the discretion of the director. There is no assembly edition.
