Faith, Hope and Love

Drawing on several historical sources for the text of its refrain and two sets of verses (1 Corinthians, Madatum Novum, and Ubi Caritas) this beautiful assembly song in a flowing triple meter is a reflection on the three great virtues, the greatest of which is love. It is scored for SATB choir and descant, keyboard, guitar, solo instrument, and clarinet. Though usable throughout the Church year, it is especially appropriate on Holy Thursday.
