Ave Maria (Rejoice, Most Highly Favored)

This lovely setting by noted composer, Andrew Wright, is based on the Gospel for Immaculate Conception and the Fourth Sunday of Advent (Year B: Luke 1:26-38). The composer masterfully works parts of the well-known Latin text of the Ave Maria into this passage from Luke. Set for SATB choir, organ, and flute, this piece will bring joy as we await the arrival of our Savior.
